A friend of mine and Vintage Motorcycle Guru just sold me everything(except his 400)that he had that was Penton. He had it listed on South Jersey CL and even told me he had some interest from some POG members. Anyway, this past summer my wife and I went to VMD and had the pleasure of meeting the Pentons and it sparked my interest in restoring a JackPiner. I have a very limited knowledge regarding Pentons, but really liked the JackPiner. I will need lots of info on these bikes over the next couple of years and I'm sure I am in the right place. My goal is to take from the pile of parts I now have and restore a show quality bike. Please take a look at the parts I have and help me choose the right frame, motor and misc parts to use and which items to sell. I will now try to attach photos. Thanks, Tim C.

Thanks Hank. Which bike do you think would make the best candidate for a resto? The first 2 in the photos have titles and are only 6 digits away from each other in the frame serial numbers. I am leaning toward the third picture for my candidate. I have the original motor from that bike also.
Nice pile! If you get to the point of wishing to sell a speedo mount let me know. Thanks!! Plus I have some decent 72 Jackpiner parts if you come up short somewhere.
