Hard to believe no one is jumping on the tires, quality 3.50 tires are hard to come by.

Are you getting any front tires? I'm thinking for my brother's '71 Berkshire. It needs a set of tires.
   Thanks a lot,

I can get fronts too, just let me know what size. They have all sizes of tires and compound. I have Been running them on all of my bikes. I am using the GNCC Sticky compound, it is a nobby in a trials compound. Price very on the size. This is the only company that offers a 3.50x18 that I can find. Just let me know.

Okay, time for newbie/dumb questions:
3.5" too small for a 1974 125 bike?
What is Vee-Rubber?

Thanks for your understanding.

They are perfect for restorations but I would not call them a quality tire as in real life race situations most everything available in that sizing sucks at MX speeds and rigor. Patton, 4.00X18 is more right for a 125. Racing a modified 125 a 4.10 or modern metric equal is not too much.

I purchased a 3.50 and 4.00 a little over a month ago from a rep. He located them for me. I new about what the prices were for the tires. I made the mistake of not getting an exact price including  shipping. He just sent me the tires and billed me later. I ended up paying way to much in my opinion. I could have purchased another tire for what I payed in shipping. I was planning on putting the 3.50 on my 100 and 4.00 on my 125. I ended up getting another duro tire for my 100 better sized for the 100 in my opinion. The duro lasted over 3 years of racing mx. Put the 4.00 on the 125 sized right for that bike. Will use the 4.00 on a jackpiner  that I plan on building this year. Don't get me wrong, I like the tire and think it will work well. My process of getting them wasn't that easy

Will let everybody know the total price. I first said $64.52 but have to pay Illinois tax of 7.25%.  Still working on shipping price. Hope to know this weekend.

Larry, thanks for the recommendation to stick with the 4" tire.
Will look at Bike Bandit, etc., when it is time to "retire".

I like the Duro rear tire also. Its labeled as a 4.10 but its really closer to a 3.50 and it will fit on the rear of a Steel Tanker with the chain guard still on and not hit it.
