It appears to be a complete 77 Penton GS-6 250 for $2,000. I am approximately 220 miles from Valparaiso and could pick up and store or arrange for later delivery if needed for cost of travel. Mike

Is that a GS or a MC with a rear loop on it?  It has the small ignition cover, looks like a MC rear fender, and the exhaust looks like a MC too....  Thoughts, comments?????

77 GS-6 built in rear frame loop, turtle back frame, non original fenders etc. I believe the full ignition covers were last used around 1975 or so. Mike

Talked to Eddie last night about this bike, nice machine and would be an easy restore for a nice rider.  I would jump on it but have too many projects right now.  Passed it on to some friends out west.
