Title: piston sleeve question

For my Berkshire, aluminum head cylinder, I am on my last bore.49.5,were there after market oversized pistons or sleeves that were available, I have porting on my cylinder,so don't want to start from scratch on another cylinder,

Have the cylinder nicasil plated at the size you are at now.

more info Brian. The clearance is getting out of spec,mainly at the skirt area. piston starting to slap. Don't know how that works

I'm assuming then that wiseco didn't make oversized pistons then?

Wiseco made .080 over, 50mm I believe.  Contact Bore Tech, vintage Wiseco Pistons.  100cc pistons are a dime a dozen, was giving them away 10 years ago as no one wanted a 100cc.  Or contact Jake Fischer, he still has tons of parts.  Good luck!

An iron liner can be nicasil coated right over the iron. It can not be coated thick enough to go down to 49mm but you can stay at 49.5mm forever.

I use Millennium Technologies. I have not had a cylinder plated in a while but it was about $200.
