There is a guy that sells remakes of the shift and kick rubbers on eBay from time to time.

I have a rechromed one that is nicer than NOS. $65 shipped
Chrome was done by Custom Chrome in Grafton Ohio and they are excellent.

Al,
Are your repo shifter rubbers the same size as original. I bought one of eBay and it was a lot smaller than original.
