New Akront polished aluminum shouldered rims are available fairly inexpensively on Ebay.  New Radaelli chrome steel rims are available on Ebay, from Walridge in Canada, plus some that look very similar from other sources.  WM1 front, WM2 rear if I am correct on the Euro/Asian products.

To caveat on Dale's response:
New Akronts (Morad now) can be had from Walridge also, drilled to order, flanged or unflanged.  I buy them for my CZ restorations and are very reasonable (cheaper than anyone in the states) and beautiful to boot! Also, I have been buying stainless steel rims in place of the Radaellis for the early bikes, you cannot tell the difference plus no rust worry.  All available from Walridge Motors:)
