Title: Jackpiner 175 Prototype
Post by: Mark Annan on January 05, 2001, 03:29:39 PM
It's funny that the Sachs 175 powered
prototype Jackpiner was just mentioned in the
Wassell postings because there is a dealer
pamphlet for sale on ebay right now that
features the bike.  First pictures I have
ever seen of it.  Thought you guys might want
to take a look.

If you don't want to go through all of the typing just search  Penton  or item
 # 535871823

Regards,  Mark

Mark  I just happen to own one of the Jackpiner prototypes.  It is a real neat bike that I happened to find at Mid Ohio a few years back.  I restored it to original but did not touch the blue steel tank.  I wanted one the second I got one of the original brochures several years ago!  Kip

Not fair Kip, you have all the cool bikes.  Seriously you should get a good picture of it as one of the bikes of the month.  I have seen pictures but never got to see one in person.  COOL Penton!

For those of you who don't know already Kip has one of the coolest Penton collections around and he knows the Sachs in and out.
