Title: Wanted. OEM tail light for '72 Six Day
Post by: 400gs6 on June 05, 2017, 07:44:25 PM
Still on the hunt for a tail light. Had my eyes on this one for the last 7 months but can't bring myself to spend 250 bucks!

I know I have 2 or 3 of the lights, one is complete with the metal bracket.  I will look this coming weekend what I have for sure.  The rubber flap was not correct in 1972 from what I can remember, it was mounted to a metal plate.

The price of  that Oem light makes me cringe!!  And it's the reason guys like me don't even try to restore anything to original any more.

I'd about forgotten that they came with the world's worst speedo bracket!
