Title: 1977 125 pipe
Post by: Steve Minor on June 07, 2017, 04:02:11 PM
Got a pipe with a 1977 125 project that has a weird bushing hammered into the head pipe. Problem is it's the same diameter (outside and inside) of the exhaust flange so they don't slip together. Any idea if this is the correct pipe and correct exhaust flange?

What you have there is a flange from another exhaust manifold. They get really loose and come apart. Take the peace out of the exhaust pipe and you will be ok.
