Greetings,
Each time I have looked at the current homepage photo the same question comes to mind, who is that rider ? The bike looks to be an early CMF model as it has the aluminum fenders, and it looks like it also has the struts bolted to the engine that run up to the frame.
Given the pristine condition of the Penton and the provided " IF YOU WANT TO GO FAST QUIETLY " caption, along with the lack of any other machines, my guess is that the photo is from a magazine test from "back in the day". Possibly the person providing the photo has more info available.
