Behind the silencer is the packing on the end of the exhaust does the middle pipe that the package around come out of the exhaust pipe?

The inner pipe does not come out.  The packing goes around it.

Thanks but it's going to be fun trying to clean it out!

I have taken it off and gotten as much out as I can with a coat hanger hook and then torched it.

Was talking about that yesterday with another member/friend.  Pentons were great motorcycles but ease of maintenance and repair like pipe removal, motor removal, airbox removal, etc were not thought out real far.  It is like shaving and playing chess at the same time.  LOL!  Good luck.
