Check with Terry Everett.  He has created a FB page named Penton USA described as the official Penton Motorcycle page for Penton Parts.  His personal page showed some fiberglass panels he just had made up but there was no pricing listed.

I had a couple left hand side ones for the 74.5-76 model with the lay down shocks, but they were not very flat and I thought they would be hard to seal to the air box. I'll look and see if I still have one of those.
Either packed away in swap meet parts, or sold/given away. Sorry.
The only of Tom's side panels I have located are a set for my 78 GS6 250, and a painted headlight mask.
