Nick,

Bosch W3AC or W3AS  gaped at .022".  If you can't find a Bosch, NGK B7HS same gap.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hi Nick,

I have always used Champion L-78 plugs in both my Sachs 100 / 125 Pentons and never had problems.  Lee

You work out your non-spark issue? I always check the simple stuff first like making sure I have a good ground and the kill button isn't faulty. Then move on to other possibilities.

Kip,

What about the 74.5 250 HS, a B8HS? There was a B9HS in it when I bought the bike.

The Bosch plugs mentioned fit all Sachs 100/125 and KTM 125-400 engines.  Rock Auto is a good place to source.  .022 gap
