Cool photo on Racer X online of Moiseev at speed on what looks like a 73 250. Also  has a short story about him.

Great racer and a very friendly guy!  Gone too young.  RIP Brother!

As soon as I saw the picture at the top of the Racer X memorial column, I was thinking "No, say it ain't so!".  Given the level of Japanese investment and R&D in the seventies - his KTM championships were really something (with a nod to the twin-carbed Puch and Harry Everts in 75 and Mikkola/Husky in 76).

And I also think it speaks to just how frickin' FAST that KTM 250 motor is! :D
