Rod, what position are they sprung for? Laydown or short travel? Thanks!

Rod I will be using the shocks in the laydown position , just curious what the spring rate is? Also just to confirm these are the 12mm shaft, correct? If you can please forward your price for the pair to my email address. Thank you
