My guess is Leroy Winters on a Penton and Jackie Penton on a Hansa somewhere in Amherst Ohio USA. Do I win the prize?:)

A couple of hints, the year is 1969, the place is not in this country, and the little boy has a connection to the motorcycle brand seen in the picture.
The young boy looks like Erich SR's son either Hans or Erich Trunkenpolz in their home backyard in Mattighofen on a KTM Comet? Agree with the others that's Leroy on the Penton.
Looking closer at the photo I think that's Erich JR because of something I know about Hans. That must be late 1969 as that looks to be a 1970 model year Penton 125 SIX DAYS?
