As much as I hate to say it, I am forced by circumstances to offer my red MX early 74 Hare Scrambler project for sale. Bike frame date 11/73 includes completely rebuilt engine by Gary Ellis, which has spent several years on the shelf. Barry Higgins put a new rod kit in it and then Gary rebuild it with all new bearings throughout, including transmission bearings and seals, new piston, etc. Never installed. Good MX tank needs buffed, but the gel coat is good. Good seat, Very nice mx pipe, original side panels, and includes a nice metal 6 inch headlight. bike originally must have come from a dealership with the headlight installed but I have since replaced it since it was missing the glass portion. Including 2.75-21 + 4.00-18 NOS Metzeler tires. Nice Akront wheels, I have all the parts to complete the bike with the possible exception of the correct carburetor, the shield for the chain guard, fenders, and rear shocks. Has clear title. Asking $1,500 and delivery is available within 300 mile range from Illinois, or further if arrangements can be made. Mike 618-553-1346

Mike could you send me some pics. I may have a home for it. Also are you still looking for 35mm tripleclamps. There was a set in Victor's parts I brought home from California.
