I'm trying to find a front axle spacer tube (the part that aligns the bearings in the hub) for a Six Day. I can use either the 4.5 inch (early model with no speedo drive) or the 5 inch (models that have a speedo drive) ones. It's going to be used on an off-road bike for racing. I can make a spacer for the shorter tube to work with 35mm forks.
If anyone has one, I'd appreciate it!
Did you look on Ebay, saw what looks like a whole front asm in Ohio . Good luck Toolsurfer

Toolsurfer,
Since I'm still in the rebuilding phase, I check eBay twice a day for parts that I need. I've seen whole wheels, but they are pricey. I saw an ad last night for a spacer tube. The guy has it listed wrong. He's calling it some kind of wheel shaft actuator. Still not cheap.
Thanks,
John
I believe this is the same, listed incorrectly as rear, although you might want to verify the length.
