Title: 1972 Penton Jackpiner gas tank strap

Unusual strap with rivited Hi-Point leather tool bag attached. Looks like it was made like that, not lashed together. Nice shape, Neat Enduro piece but I'm going MX (remember living in sin Dirt bike magazine article?). Would like to trade for one without toolbag or could sell outright. Can send pictures. HiPoint sold a strap with tool bag built in.  We sold a lot more of the racks with tool bag but they were available.
