   I know this used to be done on a shaper reciprocating type of machine, and it time consuming that way, but in this day and age of CNC machines of all times, and the fact that some industrial drive and control places keep blank gears in stock, I'm surprised no one has been able to do these easier on a CNC piece of equipment, or is it not possible to do that?
