I may be wrong - but I think the post Paul put of FB regarding Al's health was a repost from 2022.  I re-read it a couple times and thats what I concluded.

The last time that I looked in the mirror and saw Al B he was looking good.
He is alive and experiencing wellbeing. In fact he is feeling really good today since the POG newsletter is finished and off to the printer.
