What is the clearance of the piston to cylinder, when boreing out a Sachs cast iron cylinder to 152cc.

I'd go with .003"

Its a cast iron cylinder .003in I think would be a bit tight.

Well if you have a good reliable shop with a clean bore you will be fine. Never seized one with that clearance.
