Rooms are going fast at the Berkshire Holiday Inn. I was able to snag one of the last non-smoking rooms for $109, but that was only available online.

Thanks Steve, just got my room. I had to call to get a non smoking, none left on the internet at the lower price. I think I got the last non smoking. Paid $117 using an AARP discount.
