Title: 1973 Jackpiner Project
Post by: SoCal996 on January 25, 2003, 02:31:21 PM
The wife says one of the three has to go, so I'm giving the group first shot. This a 73 high breather Penton 175. It is similar to the one on ebay currently in that it is completely apart. These are the good points:
New seat cover installed by our own Chris Brown -- Pipe is in very good to excellent conditon -- tank is in fairly good condition -- air box and right side panel are fair but need paint -- etc. The bad news is it definitly needs restoration.

When I bought the bike it supposedly ran, but the kick starter slips so I never actually tried to start the bike. Then I got bored one day and took it completely apart. Anyway enough said, if anyone is interested send me some mail and I'll answer all questions to be best of my ability.
