trying to find a bing or amal carb for my Penton / Wassel 125 cc. any out there?

Yes, have several canibalized 27mm carbs, I don't need them, let me take an inventory, pls send me an email so I can contact you later, can also send JPEG etc....

Have a carb for U , it is 27 type 21, has integrated choke, includeds the bar mounted lever and cable, has throttle (will give away)you will need : pilot, main, needle jet, pivot for float, new float...clamp mount with phenoelic insert.....all parts avail from BING
