1976 250 engine.
These are fun to ride, 2nd generation post-vintage Penton. "A beefier MC5" , would compete well in post vintage cross country also. First full 10" travel KTM.
Together and almost complete, only major parts not there are, shocks, airbox, and silencer.
Frame, forks, triple clamps, swingarm, rims, hubs, gas tank, engine, exhaust pipe look good, no abuse or damage.
Side panels, fenders, typical wear, no cracks.
Seat, patched, needs cover.
Exhaust pipe, no dents
1976 250 engine, w/carb, turns over, looks good, would require rebuilding and paint.
This is a project bike, it is not thrashed-out, but it needs to be taken completely apart and reassembled. Like I said, it is almost all there. With a fresh motor, shocks, a splash of paint here and there, and some tank stickers, I think you might have something.
