I have a problem. I planned on racing the 250 class this year and sent a motor to Texas about a year ago. I hope it is ready by April 1st but it doesn't look good. I was wondering if anyone out there had a race worthy 250 motor available? I can work a trade if need be for Penton/KTM parts. Thanks.

Dave, be careful. It looks like a silver 175. The bottom cylinder fin is full length, not short like on the 250.

Dave, I have a 78 250 lower end that I took out of a bike I used to race [made it into a 400]. Should be fine and ready to go. I will get out and check it over. What year was your 250? Want to trade lower ends even up if mine is good?
