Can someone tell me the recommended torque for the pinch bolts on my 1977 400 gs6 fork assembly?

You probably checked this first but, in case you didn't, I noticed in my service manual that it listed certain places around the bike with torque values. It also lists torque value for various sized bolts regardless of location or use. Failing that, you might want to ask the other guys. Hey, any of you guys know the torque value for pinch bolts? I don't know if that helps but, I sure feel better.

You have the bike I want. If you ever want to sell, keep my name on file. Dont have an extra tank or pipe do you? Thats all I need to finish mine but is impossible to find it seems

Sorry Mike....I plan to keep it. Wish I could help you out on a tank and pipe too but I've only got one of each and they are on the bike.
