Hi Mike,
I've been reading your posts about the 400 pipe for the 75'-76' model that you were looking for. Well i've got one in very good condition, i'ts got the the end cap that is held on by three springs and under that is the baffle plates. I am looking for a 78' 400 pipe that is in the same shape.

I seem to recall a '78 pipe on ebay a couple of days ago. Might be worth a look.
