Title: How much fork oil do I need?

Does anyone remember how much oil is required for 32mm Cerianis? Thanks . . .

Try 200cc ea. leg, or a better way is to remove the springs and add oil (180cc) then compress the legs up/down a few times, wait for the oil to settle, then compress the leg upwards and using a ruler measure the oil level with the top of the leg, it should be close to 6 inches etc...Good Luck!!!

135cc is the amount you should use.  To much oil will shorten your travel.

Confirming Doug's 135cc. Well, he otta' know.

That's what the factory manual says....

I just did mine; flushed 'em out, two seals in each leg and 135cc of 15w fork oil.
The keeper screw was a real b__tch! I sharpened the blade-end of a lug wrench left over from a volvo I sold and used it to hold the plunger from the inside. Took me an hour to dream up something up that would work.
