Is there anybody out there that have any old magazine tests or shootouts of KTM's between 1976 and 1984?

I don't have much but...1981 125 shootout (DIRT BIKE) and 1982 495 test ( Cycle World).
these are mags I bought new (when I was 13-14 yrs old). Kind of rough but let me know if you need one of these. I will try to dig out and copy. Thanks, James

I have bike parts in the kitchen cabinets where most people have dishes..

The 1982 495 test would be awesome. Is there a way that you could scan them and mail them over ? I would be very grateful..

Hi, of course but you see, I live in sweden.
I don't think that the stamp will be that expensive but I don't know. Thought you should know before. On the other hand, I could give you the address to a friend in CA that can scan and mail them if that's ok with you.

I have the following:
Cycle World: '75 Mint 400 vs. Maico 440 (Penton zap vs. Maico grunt!!)
Dirt Bike: '76 250 MC5 (the famous one with the bike in the motel room - they were on a road trip to vist Dick Mann "you have to sleep with her to really get to know her")
Cycle News: '78 250 MC5, tested down in Georgia at Barry Higgins'.
Are any of these of interest to you?
Mike
