can anyone tell me the correct gas/oil
mixture for a penton?

IT DEPENDES ON THE OIL. THE OLD STANDBY IS GOLDEN SPECTRO. 40 TO 1 WAS THE OLD COMM0N RAITO USED. TODAY MOST RACERS ARE USING 32 TO 1.

I run 32 to 1 in all my dirt bikes. (from vintage CZ, Huskys and Pentons to a modern Honda and KTMs) Also I us the same oil - Honda HP2, blue bottle, great stuff!!! Use the highest octane you can find, the old Penton manuals call for 95 octain which is hard to find.
