I just bought the 125 six day on ebay. the VIN looks like 30464237. Can anyone tell me the date on this thing. I am finally a Penton owner. Jerry

Your serial number would indicate your bike was built in the fourth month of '73 (304...)

Does the frame backbone tube have breather holes in it? If so, you have a "high-breather" frame that came on the '73 through '75 models. If not, it is one of the last of the '72-'73 bikes that breathed from under the seat.
