Wow, check out the original 1972 "Two Day Trial" book on EBAY. Look under "ISDT" if interested.
I have that program and I just looked to see who is on the cover, it is Tom Penton. I believe the photo is from the 1971 ISDT at the Isle of Man. Inside are pics of Billy Uhl on a Puch and Carl Cranke on a CZ, I guess everyone gotta learn on sumptin!!!
