I just did a search for this book the other day on "abebooks". It shows up in two libraries, Paul Smiths College in Paul Smiths, NY. and the Southern Tier Library in Painted Post, NY. Maybe one of them  would consider selling, it probably hasn't been taken out in a few years.

John,
I have a copy.  I'll get all the information I can from it this weekend and respond here on Monday.

Here you go, John:
"Chapionship Endur" by Steve Booth and Brian Palormo.
1977, Paragon Productions, Lafayette, California.

BTW, LOTS of Penton riders and pictures in it.

John,
I did a search for you, but Paragon is no longer in Lafayette, CA.  There were two that came up, one in La Honda CA (650-747-0269) and one in Irvine CA (949-857-5555).  One might be the real thing, but be careful, when I did the search for "Paragon" I got hundreds of porn site listings!  Good Luck!
