Need a good used ignition system with flywheel for a 77 175 GS6. Can anybody help?

I've got three or four used motoplats, and about 6 coils. The only way I know of checking to see if they're any good is to put them on my bike, kick it over, and see if there's any spark. If you know of another way, we'll try to figure that out and I'll part with a good one cheap. (just one)

I've probably got a flywheel if Bob doesn't have one.
