Great subject. I would have to say the 1973 Penton 250 in Moto X trim. I have rode and tested many bikes and this bike was so far ahead of its time it was unbelievable. To this day it is still the fastest(straight line) 250 I have ever rode. Understand part of the thrill (or terror) was the power was so far ahead of the suspension.
All the 100 Pentons are next.
