Title: Please Explain....
Post by: Swampy on January 31, 2004, 08:22:44 PM
Could someone tell me the difference in penton models. Is it all based on displacement? What differentiates a Berkshire from a Jackpiner, etc....

Just wanting to learn about it all...

Swampy,
  The first thing you need to do is go to the Production years on the Home Page and study that for year models and how to identify them.  Next is the basic information you ask for:
Berkshire=100cc
Six Day =125cc
Hare Scrambler=250cc
Mint=400cc

I hope this helps.

Rocket,
  And that is one of the two he ask about.  Can I blame old age, Bendzall or the Continetal engine in my Quater Midget.  They were all in play yesterday.  OK OK.

Jackpiner=175cc

  I didn't do spell check so I hope everything else is right.  Thanks Rod.:)
