Hey folks, I am a new member and ignorant of what all is taking place within POG, however while I attended and had a great time at Penton Day down at the AMA, what about having a summertime POG "show"? I'm thinking of an informal event where it's just us, rather than something huge like VMD. While the AMA is a great facility, wouldn't it be great if we could have an event at a location where we could fire the bikes and maybe even putt around a little? The Salem MC that I have been involved with still owns the original facility where we used to run hillclimbs and hare scrambles, and currently puts on races at yet another location. Either would serve our purposes well. Not sure what costs/insurance may be involved, but any interest in looking into it? I suggested Salem, Ohio location only because I happen to know of facilities. How about other ideas/locations?
