Title: gasket sets
Post by: OhioTed on March 29, 2004, 04:44:03 PM
Just got back from a reunion with some old buddies down in SW Florida, including a fellow who runs a shop.  He showed me a trick machine he has which produces reproduction gasket sets.  I do not know how common these machines are, and I am aware that Al has fine-quality, complete Penton/KTM gasket sets in his catalog.  However, if you are building a bike other than our favorite brand, considering checking this out.  Send me an e-mail if you would like information about how to contact my friend's shop.

I've seen those machines. They are computer driven. You buy the machine and the have to buy the "correct software" for the gaskets you need. Last time I looked they really didn't have anything to fit our needs, unless your main interest was a Maico or CZ. They had lots of the Jap stuff though.
