Congrat's on making it to another check point!
Never be bothered by having another birthday to mark the passing of another year. The alternative is a real bummer!

I saw a glow in the southwestern sky last night while traveling home from the POG meeting, musta been the candles on Ron's cake:D[}:)]:D
Happy Birthday Ron and may you have many more.
Paul
Yes Paul and I was proud that it went to three alarm[:p]. Thanks to everyone for making my day a Very Special one from the POG site. I try to help people when I can and hope that I give good advise, but the real excitement is when someone sends me a picture of the finished Penton.
Dwight thanks for the great news on Debbie and I might make a ride if you just keep pushing me. You are a great friend that I appreciate.
Kip thanks for the push at getting me to Mid-Ohio. You did such a nice job on that I guess you will have to be my training coach if I ride again. THANKS
Thanks again to everyone and I will try to be good this year or that's what my 84 year old Mother said I should do. Doing well as I told her would be to ride a race or two. She did't respond. I guess that's good:D.
Respectfully,
Ron Carbaugh
Mr. C! belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you and many more! See you at VMD..
Jim
Ron,
Just got home tonight. Sorry I missed the party here on POG. I wondered why it was so hot in Texas, it must have been the heat from all those candles. Happy belated birthday !!.
PS: Didn't see the Alouette anywhere.
Randy,
Now you have me worried? Was Tom Benolkin there? Did you have good weather? For those reading this Randy was at the Texas Vintage Nationals.
Ron Carbaugh
Ron..
Noticed you are high bidder on a Kentucky Berkshire,
may I offer a pickup if successful? Depending
upon where in KY bike is located, shouldn't be
TOO awfully far from me (southeast Ohio). Tried
to email off list,. but your SPAM filter tossed me
aside. Will be attending VMD this year, so we could
exchange then.BTW, happy Bday.
-don
Don,
Thanks for the offer. If that happens I'm going to have to bring a truck load of adult refreshment to pay off my debts for this and my committment of THE TANK. I think the bike will go for much higher than I will pay, but you never know. I apprciate what you have done for Mr. Red Tank.
Ron Carbaugh
Hi Ron did you receive my birth day gift yet? watcha think, whos the rider?
Raymond
Ron,
I only stayed for the Cross Country on Friday then we left after the barbeque. Great weather (80)! Come back to Ohio to the 30's. :(Maybe he showed up Saturday. Hope it works out OK.
Raymond,
I haven't been home for a week so I will see it Thrusday. Thanks and I will get back with you.
Randy,
I think Tom was getting in Saturday so that expains why you didn't see the Alouette or the Jackpiner. Sounds like you had great Texas weather and I hope you enjoyed the race. The promoter (Diamond Don Rainey) was an old racing partner and he knows racing and normally shows the racer great hospitality.
