can anyone explain the frame numbers so I will know exactly what I own. also is the LECTRON carb stock or aftermarket.

The problem is the 76&77's usually dont have a year number in the frame number on the mc5's. If it has a reinforcement bracket running from the right side swingarm mount back to the curved frame tube its probebly a 77. Lectrons were oem in 77 only.
