I need some help locating a source for manual and parts. I am either going to embark on a restoration journey with the above bike or sell it to an interested party. Any suggestions?

Shock, personally I'd keep the Penton. There not getting any easier to come by, and the 250's a good all around play bike, and somewhat hard to find. The parts are there, and the poggers are more than willing to help you find those obscure and unobtainable ones. And the trouble shootings virtually free to boot:)

Thanks for rolling out the welcome wagon! For now, I'm taking Rainman's advice and hanging on to the bike. I was a little unsure of locating the parts and expertise required to get her going again...but this site is making me feel better about it! I ordered a manual from VintageIron - when it arrives and I get going on it, you might be seeing more frequent postings from me...
Thanks again!
