Post by: Admin on June 29, 2004, 09:34:33 PM
An article has been added to our production year section of the website entitled "The Last Five Digits" as well as a comprehensive list of known frame and engine numbers.

http://www.pentonusa.org/prodyears/default.asp

If you would like to add your frame and/or engine numbers to this list, please email [email protected] (as stated at the end of "The Last Five Digit" article).  All contributor's names will be kept confidential.

Wonderful news, excellent job, that's a beautiful thing Bill! You found the key, and now the door is open. The discovery of the production numbers ascending in order is quite a break-through. Nice going and thanks.

-I have a '76 MC5 400 with a lower number than what's been recorded so far, 550 00432.

-If the first 3 frame numbers start 855 xxxxx, that means it's a 1978 KTM.
