Title: I need another wierd part. Please help

For lack of the proper name I am going to call this part a cable stop. It is for the front brake of a late 70's early 80's KTM. It mounts to the front hub where the brake stay mounts. It saddles the brake stay and has a slot for the cable to go through giving it something to pull against. Thanks in advance.
