Does anyone one know what needs to be done to the heads to convert a Sachs to a 152?

Lew  I have Forest Stahl "chuck" it in a lathe and match the dome to the 152 cylinder diameter.

Lew,
Forest is good with cranks. Send him the piston of you have him do the 152 head work. The dome on the piston should match the contour of the squish band in the head. That way the squish band will match and you get a better burn .
