Hi, this is an old topic but I'm curious if anyone has already installed new sachs 54mm sleeves.
I have some cylinders where the sleeve is no longer usable (deep scratches).

Forrest Stahl still has his shop closed for now due to illness. Not sure when or if Forrest plans to reopen. Some of the other Poggers may know when Forest will reopen his shop.

I called LA Sleeve a couple of weeks ago and asked about re-sleeving a Sachs cylinder. They are out of stock on Sachs sleeves right now and indicated it would take about two months and $500 to do a Sachs cylinder.
