Title: Wisco pistons
Post by: Bryson Williams on November 14, 2004, 10:45:37 AM
I found some wisco pistons for a Sachs/Penton.  These pistons have  one small elongated hole right below the piston lower ring, on the intake side.  Looked different then the sachs pistons I have.  Will these pistons work in the sachs motors?

Dirk,
It sounds like you have found the 125 KTM motor pistons! Are there part numbers??

Yes, I will have to call the guy to get the #'s.  They were wisco pistons. two had a dark colored coating on them.  Will these work in a sachs. That port on the back of the piston would line up perfectly with my worm ported sachs barrel.  I didn't think to measure the deck height, or the pin height as I was picking up a 175 KTM and a Husky roller, while I was there.
