I have an older Penton with Ceriani 35mm forks. How much oil goes in each leg.

Steel tank model or fiberglass? And what is the frame number, assuming it is the original frontend?

Either way you will be safe with 180 cc in each leg, the early 35mm forks are shorter than the 74 35mm and the book on those is 180cc.
