I have a late 74 red tank 250 I no longer have room for.
What's good about it:
Motor recently rebuilt, needs nothing
Pipe perfect
Seat and tank perfect
Rims straight
New plastic fenders and side panels (undrilled) come with bike.
Everything is there and in very good shape.
What's bad about it:
Needs TLC in the appearance dept. Needs disassembly and clean up.
Needs new wheel bearings and fork seals.
Otherwise, good to go.
My reputation is at stake every time I sell a bike. If anyone buys this bike and finds I haven't told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, I'll buy it back for what they paid and pay to ship it home.
This would be a great race bike and all the parts are there to build a concours resto if so desired.
Can send pics. I paid 1500.00, thats what I need to sell it for.
Blair Beck
Can you please post a picture of the bike
Thanks
Ron
Where is it located? and does it have the light kit and speedo? Thanks Herm
Herm
The bike is located in Northern Calif. I will take pics this weekend and send them to anyone who would like them.

Sorry, Herm, no enduro kit or speedo.....
It's still a really good 250, though. I bought it from a good friend named Russ Powell. He rode in the Six Days in '77, I think. He's a whiz with Pentons.
Blair
Where in Nor Cal are you ? Please email me some pics. I'll send
a separate email.
Sam
